By profession I am an architect with over 5years practical/working experience but now I am
a full time pastor although sometimes, but rarely (as I am being considered a good
architect )still supervise some architectoral work...how do I go about this immigration
process.Thanks

Clergyment are not on the General Occupation List for indepedent applicants. If you are
ordained and have been offcer a poition as a clergman in a Church you can apply howver you
will have to have a letter of appointment setting out the terms and conditions of your
appointment. If you have such an appointment you should be acceptable as a applicant.

If you have a job offer from a recognized Canadian religious organization, then you may be
able to immigrate on the basis of such without the necessity of validation.
If you seek admission on the basis of your Architecture qualifications, you would be
stating that you intend to pursue this profession in Canada. Evidence of employability,
and that you had maintained your skills in the field may be a requirement in such a case.
