Can I send my app without the FBI fingerprints?
I am a US citizen. Husband (Canadian) is sponsoring me via the outland application. I have everything in place except for the FBI fingerprints as we found out later that we needed them as well. Is it ok if I just send the app out without the fingerprints and just send a note along with it that we are waiting for them and will send them as soon as we receive them? Would it potentially delay our process? The FBI fingerprints will take at least a month for us to get...any advice? Thanks.

However, my FBI dabs came back in a touch less than a month (from UK).
The turnaround is pretty quick and they are helpful on the phone.
Me personally - I would wait and send everything.
However, the final decision is yours.
