BOWP application help
Hi everyone,
I have a small problem starting my BOWP application via MyCIC page.
I have applied forPR via CEC route 15 May 2017. I have passed medical on 27 July 2017. My background process is in 'we are processing background check' since 28 July. My working holiday visa will expire on 15 December 2017.
Today I tried to apply for BOWP, but cannot pass the first stage my CIC when it asks for personal reference number? I did come to Canada wizard and generated a new personal code, I logged into my existing gc account (which I applied pr for) each time i enter the code, I receive error message that says I have application in progress. The only application in progress is PR not BOWP.
I tried putting my old personal code (used during pr app), my uci code, EE code none seem to be working. Without putting this code I cannot move forward.
I created new GC key, on that I can only apply for EE not BOWP. Could it be the system is not working today? I'm Stuck, can anyone help?

Hi Shenkor,
I think there are a few issues with the site as when I log in to check my status it takes for ever to go to the next page and often brings up the 502 Bad Gateway message.
I will be in the same position as you in a week or two so I hope they get it sorted.
