Best way to contact London Visa Office

Best way to contact London Visa Office
I recently received a message through MyCIC saying that my CoPR has been returned. They sent it to a previous address but used a postcode I'd never seen before! So Royal Mail returned it. Anyway they sent me a letter through MyCIC asking for my correct address.
I know you're supposed to contact the Visa Office directly rather than making a case specific inquiry but is there a best way of getting in touch with them in response to a letter like this? What's best practice?

You can't contact them directly unfortunately, it has to be a case specific enquiry.

Thanks, though I didn't see an option to reply via MyCIC. I emailed them directly in the end and they got back to me within 24 hours.
