BC are still accepting applications for Health Care Professionals and for the Northeast Pilot Project (as well as Entrepreneurs).

It will be interesting to see how (if at all) this affects the score needed to be drawn for an ITA from the EE pool.

AINP, stopped accepting Apps from 27th Aug and will be starting again 27th Jan.
They have filled their quota for 2015 and have a 10,000 App backlog now to sort through before They open again.

Probably won't have much effect. BC PNP only had 1350 places allocated to EE and if you look at the EE report published by CIC, PNP nominees in general took up a very small percentage of people given ITAs.

Looks like the BC PNP is going to go to a points based system as well
The BC PNP will reopen the Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC categories in early 2016 with a new points-based intake system to prioritize high-impact applicants and ensure occupations and skills are aligned with B.C.’s labour market needs.
