Dear Andrew,
I was told by some one that after the implimenation of new law all the Landed immigrants or Prmanent residents will be issued a New Permanent resident card and some guarantee or affidavit has to be submitted, what is this guarantee or affidavit?
who has to sign this?
what about the landed PR who are in Canada?
what about those who are PR and out of Canada for some time
will they also get this Card through consulates or they shoud re- enter with Landing Paper document and they will be issued Cards when they are in Canada.
