!!! ""Urgent help regarding Visa stamping"" !!!
Hi;
I got a letter from Canadian embassy Islamabad, requesting (self and
spouse) passport for issuing the immigrant visa, medical (extension
for three months), update police certificate (self and spouse) & bank
statement within thirty days of this letter. My scenario is I am
working in gulf country from last more than one year but on contract
basis and time to time I visit Pakistan (almost every three months).
Since my job is contract and can finish any time that's why neither I
informed about my job and stay in gulf country to my embassy nor they
asked me about this. Although when I add my wife in my application
three months ago at that time I mentioned in immigration form about my
new Job designation. (But there is only we need to write what is your
NOC no and what is your duties and responsibilities nothing else and I
did the same) The day I got this letter fortunately the same day I
reached to Pakistan (as I told you earlier I come almost after three
months). Lastweek I finished my medical and now it extends my old
medical for another three months.
Now my questions are:
1. Which police certificate I have to send Pakistan or gulf country or
both of them?
2. If I will send the passport for visa stamping what do you think
that what would be the estimated time for visa stamping. (Note my new
medical is valid till end of June)
3. Is there any legal clause in the immigration policy that you have
to inform each any every thing? If there is any then I will be in
trouble because I am not aware about this.
Waiting for the Reply,
Thanks and Regards

Supply a police certificate from your home country only, along with the
