Default Passport Info Missing / Mr Andrew Miller

Hi,

Here is my background info:

Applied Dec 2001, independent skilled category, at Buffalo with
interview waiver in Feb 2003. Recently I got my CAIPS notes and found
that the passport info for my wife is missing whereas me and my newly
born son's info is present.

I have the following queries:-

1) Should I resend the passport info to Buffalo OR just ignore this as
it could be that the Immigration Officer forgot updating the system
and would do that later while looking up the file.

2) Also, if you can shed some light on whether the verification of job
and education experience is complete based on the below info from
CAIPS notes :

SELDEC 4
BDEC 1
MEDEC 0
STATUS SEC 1
STATUS CRIM <BLANK>
MEDICAL M01

3) Below SEC. DEC VISA, it shows a date 0f 04-02-2005. what is this
date ?

Thanks for your kind help.
