Default Moving from Ontario to Quebec.

This is a query for all the experts, and espeically Mr. Miller:

Being a PR of Canada (Ontario) since last 1.5 years, I plan to move to
Quebec. What exactly do I need to do for this move?

1) Do I need any special permission.
2) How will I convert my driving license and Health Card?
3) Does Quebec also have a graduated driving license program? Does G1
gets converted to its equivalnet level or what?
4) How will it effect my income tax? Will it go up or down?
5) How can I get a tax calculator to calculate my own taxes in detail.
6) Is there any expert who deals with Cross Border Tax Issues and
Immigration Matters? I have a complicated case for which I am willing
to pay some nominal fees as well. Please contact me.
7) Any other suggestions, I need to consider?

Thanks to all the respondents.

Sorry my friend, no offence, but in 18 months in Canada you have not been
able to figure out that NONE of your questions are immigration related? What
a driving license has to do with immigration? Or health card? Or income tax?
And what Cross Border? Ontario, Quebec are part of the same country called
CANADA, did you know that? To find answers to ALL your questions you must
contact the Quebec government, that's where you plan to move in, right? This
is a forum about immigration and immigration-related issues, once you have
got your PR status you are out of any immigration issue, citizenship and
bringing members of your family to Canada are the only ones you should
inquire about. Why so much ignorance in people's minds?

No.

Up. Quebec is one of the highest taxed provinces.

There are many on the web ... do a search on google "Canadian tax
calculator"

Cross border, as in US-Canada, or Ontario / Quebec. If the former, Mark
Serbinski at www.serbinski.com has helped a
lot of people. If the
latter, there's nothing to consider.

What the HECK is "Cross Border Tax". This is ONE country and last time I
checked it is called CANADA. Until Quebec separates from the rest of Canada
(Ya Right) this question is NOT a question but rather a strange comment.

Sorry for all the confusion. By Cross Border, I meant Canada/USA as I
would be working there. I though it was relevant to ask such questions
here as they are related with crossing the border frequently (hence
involving immigration issues), and eventually accumulating days for
citizenship.

Apologies if I meant to be out of topic.
