Default Land in Quebec (With CSQ) and move to Ontario ?

Hello to all:
My situation is the next: I am in the process to obtain
the VISA, I have been obtain my CSQ (Certificate of Selection of
Quebec) and I am in the embassy process.
I know that I need to land in Quebec (Montreal). But It
is probably that I obtain a job in Ontario. How I need to proceed to
obtain my SIN and Permanent Resident Card, for work in Ontario ?
Can I apply for those in Ontario, or I must obtain first
in Quebec, and then change my adress in Ontario ?
Thanks for all your responses. Sincerely.

Gregorio

Steffy:
I am in the process. I am from Argentina. The process to obtain my CSQ
take me 4 months (total time). Yes, I speak French Fluently.
Thank you. And I hope someone can answer me.

Gregorio ,

If you intended destination is Montreal , it is better to land in Montreal ( destination stamped on your visa and landing papers )
I have seen in the threads that if you land anywhere else you should not have any problems , but you could .......
If you are not lucky they may refuse you to land at Ontario , and ask you to land in Montreal.

Once landing is done , you should not have problems obtianing a SIN and Insurance no.
