Taxing these compensation payments is paramount denial of the events. I would suspect that only a very small percentage of those deserving compensation will receive anything; another of those situations where the availability of compensation is never advertised and then to get people have to go through hoops.

So what's with the Daily Mail's contrived agenda against human rights? One would think that they don't believe we have a right to be protected from our own government.
