Default Moths etc?

Sometime ago I asked if anyone could explain what small, white, type of things could be attacking our clothing. They were not alive and seemed attracted to dark clothing. Especially woollen ones. Well, apparently according to our Dry Cleaning lady they are Goose feathers coming from our Duvet! How they manage to go for dark clothes is any ones guest. Also, they cannot be brushed off but need to be picked off. Has anyone any suggestions as to how we stop them coming from our fairly new, very expensive Duvet?

Sleep in the nude? Instead of wearing dark, woollen pyjamas....
