Lawyer in Rhein-Main area
Hello all
I’m looking for a lawyer in the Rhein-Main area who can draw up a will according to English law. „English-speaking“ they all are (that’s not a requirement, my German is good enough) – but not all are qualified/have the necessary experience: Add to that, info I’ve gathered in the Web is rather confusing, but there’s a EU ruling coming into force on 17 August that makes it easier to choose English law conditions apparently. Any suggestions, tips?
Thanks

I suppose that is meant to be a joke. Or maybe you don't know that there are some crucial differences between the inheritance laws of England and Germany; one day that may concern you too.

moldie . . . perhaps you should take the short flight from Frankfurt to London and see an English lawyer who will make up a will according to English law. It seems to be the ideal solution for what you want.
