Red face US Citizen on holiday in UK going to France

Hi Guys!

My girlfriend in the States is visiting the UK in June and we will be going to France via the Eurostar. I just want to check and see if any Visa's are required for either of us (I am a UK citizen)?

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Providing your girlfriend has a valid US passport then no visas are required. You are an EU citizen so you have freedom of movement within the EU/EEA. Your girlfriend will need to be stamped in and out.
