Default Shopping around Souillac and Sarlat

Hi everyone!

We are moving to France in October in an area between Souillac and Sarlat. I've been doing a bit of research into food shopping as previous visits to France have highlighted how expensive groceries can be. Any recommendations for good value supermarkets? I see there is a Lidl in Souillac and an Aldi about 30 miles away but, I'm not sure if they have the same sort of prices in France as they do here in the UK.

Also, where do people head to do clothes shopping etc? Is online delivery the best option for this kind of thing?

Thanks in advance!

I can't help you with the local shops but as a mum I can tell you to sign up for vertbaudet and LaRedoute deals for clothes and shoes. Good quality and I don't think I ever paid more than 50% of the full price.

Tell your wife not to panic - Boden will deliver to France!
