Shipping Container
Hi there everyone,
quick question about shipping. A friend has a shipping business and we are looking at the possibility of putting all of our 'stuff' into a container and shipping it on one of his lorries to Lot et Garonne at the beginning of July. The question is, if the shipping container was left in france would there be a market to sell it on? where would one even begin to look at such a thing? We're coming from N.Ireland so a bit of a Journey to say the least. Perhaps there are ways of seeing if people are coming back and want their 'stuff' taken back to the UK? Any advice is greatly appreciated,
Peter

ET beat me to it.....again.
You'll note on that LBC link that they are also available to rent out.
6m long =15 m2 for 80€/month. A steady little earner, assuming there's a ready market for it.
Can't see any listed in the 47, so you could be onto a winner for anyone in your area wanting storage place for funiture, etc.
