Default Mobile Voicemail

My mobile (Moto G) rings three times then goes to voicemail. I think it is set by the carrier (Sosh) but I cannot find any info on their website showing how to increase the rings before going to voicemail. There is no setting on the phone that I can see.
Any ideas?

Hi Audio, have you tried any of these?

when I searched on the internet here in the USA for you, this was the most helpful I could find but it seems to be a setting determined by your provider not the phone.

Hi PF,
Thanks for your research.I'll check it out.

In the UK I think you can dial *61*121*11*30#, 30 being the time in seconds for voicemail, which can be changed. 121 is UK, I cannot find the number for France and Sosh are not easy.

Thanks again.
Hot in Texas?
