Double payment scam !!
I ordered a dirt bike for my son on the 13/04/14 . I paid using my credit card. I received no notification of a delivery date. My son call the "après commande" phone number to hear the automated message, if you ordered at Christmas you will receive it by Easter and if you order at Easter you will receive it by Christmas !
I sent the company emails to find out the delivery date , because I don't live in France full time.. Eventually I receive a one liner that it will be delivered on the 12th May.
Then I received an email to say that the company have changed banks and some clients may have been charged twice, and that I should contact my bank to get a refund... I cannot believe that any good company would ask the client to arrange the refund.
I then receive another email to say that the delivery may take longer than usual, up to 30 days!
So now I have paid twice for the same bike and still not received any goods.
My bank is now investigating the company for Fraudulent transactions.
I have cancelled my order on 5/5/14 by sending the company an email on the website and also a private email , to which I have received no response.
Avoid this company like the plague.
