The flowers then? I don't think its the winds, but I guess there are various "dialects".
We play a version which my parents-in-law learned when they lived in East Africa. All sorts of special hands, like knitting and windy chow etc. It's a great way to spend an evening.

Considering all the regions that play it the text varies a lot. It was a lot more popular in the UK and western regions in the early 1900's.
