My daughter is 10 and wants to see ballet performances in Paris on either 8th & 9th April during our visit.

Can you tell me what this means. Does it mean make us an offer?

Hi, I think that, as indicated, it's fully booked for the "cheaper" seats, but you can send a request to be put on the waiting list in case of cancellations. Not very satisfactory, as you wouldn't know a long time in advance.....
Meanwhile you could consult
https://www.offi.fr/
which comes out on Wednesdays and usually indicates what other Paris "dance theatres" are offering in the near future.
