Default Residents Permit Question

Hi,

Does anyone know the cost of getting a French residents permit?

I'm from the UK and about to move to France with my wife. She is a New Zealand citizen with a residents permit for the UK. I understand that she will need a separate residents permit for France and that she can apply as the wife of an EU citizen. Can anyone confirm the process and the costs?

Thanks
Andy

Procedure HERE. There are however a number of conditions/ specific requirements.
The cost for a foreigner opting for French nationality (10year validity) = 269€

How can nationality be valid for only 10 years ? This is Surely RESIDENCE and not NATIONALITY or CITIZENSHIP !

It actually says, a foreigner who COULD opt for nationality.
Obviously you don't get nationality by applying for a carte de séjour. Applying for nationality is a different prcess. I suppose the point is that if you meet the criteria for applying for nationality, then you can apply for this carte de séjour.
