french driving licence.
I have a French driving licence and have been living in france for 6 years. On the driving licence it says restrictions 70 RU can you tell me what this means??RU means royaume-uni but what is the 70 for????

'RU' is the code for the issuing authority of the original licence.
Nothing to do with age.
