Wonder if he will end up the same way as Gerald Ratner? As a public figure you are not supposed to tell the truth. That's why we have this forum and anonymous usernames where the truth can be told without us losing our jobs.

Responses in the French press have been mixed.
Some are offended and some agree.
I think that it would be the same in any country (excluding the USA ) the nationals can think it and say it but they don't appreciate it from a foreigner.
In the USA, they just think that you are anti-American.
