Assuming you're over 18 and have a passport, you can move to France and work under EU free movement rules. This will change once we leave the EU though.

Hi Yes,
I am 32 Halloween and "Je parle un peu français" but we all start from somewhere right?
Where COULD I START looking for a job and a place to live?
I appreciate all feedback.

Are you an English speaker in France? Here are some job options you may not have considered
Regarding finding a place to live, I wouldn't personally rent anywhere I've never seen, which means finding a cheap-ish hotel/B&B/AirBnB place to stay for at least a few weeks while I take a look around the various areas during the day and evening.

Hi, take a look in the "Renting" thread in the Read-Me: Moving to France FAQs above. No Parisian landlord would consider your application without payslips to justify that your regular monthly income is 4 times the rent, which probably means a (take-home) salary of over 2000€ for a bed-sit.
So first find a job, but bear in mind that the Unemplyment Rate is much higher in France than the UK and that countless qualified bilingual French candidates are chasing after any jobs going.
Sorry to be so pessimistic, but I"m realistic, and fore-warned is fore-armed!
We could advise better if you tell us what your line of work is.
Is there a particular reason for wanting Paris?
The best thing is to come over with enough savings to last, say, 6 months, to give you an idea of whether in fact Paris is for you, not forgetting to take out private healthcare insurance (compulsory if you're "inactive" while job-seeking).
Good luck with your decision!

Renting them is harder than the UK because removing non paying tenants here is harder and nigh on impossible at certain times of the year.
