Cycling around Bergerac / Perigueux

Cycling around Bergerac / Perigueux
Can anyone recommend any cycling routes around this area?
We're going to be visiting in June. Will need to hire bikes and we'll have a small hire car, which may or may not be suitable for transporting bikes.
I've been Googling around for a couple of hours but not really getting anywhere. Ideally we'd like to cycle on canal paths or quiet roads, or dedicated cycle paths if there's any nearby
Anyone got recommendations??

There's a really lovely disused railway track which is now a bike track from St pardoux la riviere to Nontron.
