Default BAKER'S OVENS

We are moving to Ales and my baker wife wishes to supplement my meagre teacher's wage with her professional skills (12 years in Ginza, Tokyo ). We are looking for a Secondhand Baker's oven of reasonable capacity, or a source/website for such items, to supply an already established local community market. Any ideas most welcome.

Hi, there aren't all that many BE members in the Gard, you may do well to ask on a dedicated Languedoc-Roussillon forum. And even then, you've got quite an unusual request and you may do well to enquire in professional circles.
Good luck!

Your looking for a "Four map" or "Four boulangerie" something like that and there are some to be had on Leboncoin although there might be more specialised places to pick things like this up.

Looking on leboncoin, "four a pain", under Materiel Pro there are loads of them about. Certainly are around my area, (a sad sign that many are going out of buisness).

I think the electric ones though will require a three phase installation which is not common in domestic electricity - something the OP will have to bear in mind

Getting triphasé is pretty straight forwards here they would only need one point wired that way for the oven and then the rest of the house would be balanced across the phases.

Our house has 3 phase mains which annoyed the domestic electricians no end when we had the house rewired we had the supply down graded to mono phase because the standing charge for triphasé is more and if you have for example a 9kw supply each phase is 3kw to make the 9kw which again is a pain when running a number of different high load appliances at the same time as you have to be more mindful of what plugs are on what phase.
