Default Any recommendations for online estate agents?

Hi

We are two Brits currently living in Oz and are looking at coming back to live in France. Does anyone have any recommendations for on line estate agents that they have dealt with? Also any advice on renting with two cats in tow??

Cheers

Most estate agents are now online, some are nationwide, you could try orpi, or century21, generally agencies will charge you 1 month rent if you find an appartment through them.

A lot of people advertise rentals and houses for sale in the free newspaper you can access that online too, try www.paruvendu.fr.

Cats are usually well tolerated here and technically a landlord cannot refuse them, but if they did any damage you obviously would need to fix it or pay for the damages.

It does kinda rely on where you want to go, if you could give us some pointers then I am sure there are some excellent agents here that are still not on line. Also there are good ones and bad one, and the ones with two books!

The one for the French and the one for the English!
