Sam got hers within the week, mine took almost 2 months. Go figure?!
A mate found out after 3 months his had been "lost". The guy given it to process went on long service leave and nobody went near his desk to see what was in progress until he returned!

Sometimes they get bogged down with lots of people having the same 'common' name and they have to make sure that this Sam is not the mass murderer Sam
