how bizarre
In England the lords debated disabled access the other night
they said there is no excuse and the NHS and other services should be proactive and not wait until access is needed.
oddly enough there was no subtitles, sign language interpreter or anything
when challenged they said they might be able to provide a transcript the next day!
if the Govt can't be arsed how can they penalise others?
I'm amazed

Indeed. Besides, a blind person has enough on their plate to not want to involve politics in their lives. It would be a classic case of the blind leading the blind.
