Name & shame
So everybody wants to know about a bad service they get from huge companies, so by mistake I put a post in the update forum, instead of having it move to the right forum I get told off, that I have no right to name & shame a company.

By the way, starting a thread just to bad mouth moderation decisions is also against site rules - you obviously haven't read these.

It was deleted as it is not OK to name & shame in that way here on BE & particularly not OK to join just to name and shame. Nothing to do with where it appeared.
If you have an issue with that, please take it up with BE admin..

Just to clarify. It's one thing for an established member to share their experiences of a company/product when asked by another member. But we frown upon a new user who just pops up to try and use BE as a platform to name and shame, rather than to use the forum for what it was intended; connecting with other expats.
Your first course of action should be to contact the company and take it up with them, it's got nothing to do with BE.
