Mine would be nachos or pizza but good nachos with all the stuff like jalapenos or a nice pizza with anchovies.
What about you?

Thanksgiving dinner. i.e. Roast turkey, my mum's stuffing, mashed potato, broccoli & cauliflower with sour cream sauce, gravy and apple pie for dessert.

Beetroot and Parsnip soup. I can't imagine having any appetite whatsoever so the idea of looking at a plate of something I really really like and not being able to eat it would be very depressing. There is no way in hell I would ever want to eat Beetroot and Parsnips.

a few hours before they flip the dead switch on me, I'd down enough 'castor oil' with two jalapeno peppers, holding it back till the last second just so as to have the handlers on death row clean up the mess all over 'hells acre', cos I sure wouldn't be doing it.

Salmon - and a lovely piece of Tenderloin.
Brown derby pudding - the likes Wimpy used to serve up - can never say that without feeling that it must surely now have some double meaning.
Creme Brulee and Sorbet - not in any order.

So are we talking firing squad or lethal injection? Massive roast dinner would make me very drowsy which would really make it difficult to tie me to the post and I'd probably fall asleep before the shooting. My own recipe spaghetti Bolognese if it's lethal injection. I don't really have one but cooking it would help take my mind off the big event of the day.
Maybe I'd just settle for a good aul Irish fry up. Obviously if it's the electric chair.
You'd think they'd treat it like surgery though where you have to fast for 24 hours. Do death row guys not make a bit of a mess once they get the big sleep?
