i'm going to the philipphines 5 to 6 times a year.I'm there 1 to 2 months.Can somebody tell me if it's possible to get a workpermission there,so i can work the time i'm there?

You certainly can't work using a 59 day visitor visa. Go to this site
http://www.immigration.gov.ph/ and click on inquiries. It will tell you all about the
types of visa's available which will allow you to work.

Very unlikely, and certainly not if you just have a tourist visa. Work permits are
extremely difficult to get unless you have some skill that can't be supplied by the
local labour market. What kind of work do you want to do?
