Can I get a mortgage in UK whilst working abroad?
Hi ppl. I was wondering if it was at all possible to get a mortgage in the UK whilst I was working abroad in HK? The reason being is a want to buy a house or the like for my parents to live in while im working.

I did just that.
The Woolwich in UK, offered non UK resident status mortgages.
Not certain of current status, considering the state of the world,
and especially UAE.
Try HSBC in UAE, they gave me a mortgage, albeit for a UAE property.
