Default Report on world-wide English proficiency

I've just come across an article on the Daily Mail website. It's based on some research into the degree to which English is spoken in a number of countries.

The article is aimed at visitors to the various countries, but it would no doubt be of interest to those thinking of emigrating.

Do language barriers put you off travelling? The easiest countries for English speakers to visit revealed | Daily Mail Online

The research on which the article is based can be found at the following website:

EF English Proficiency Index - A comprehensive ranking of countries by English skills

Anyone with experience of the countries covered may wish to say if they agree or disagree with the research findings.
