Does anyone out there has experience in Riga, how is live there? Are there any International schools? Cost of living?
I appreciate any kind of information and links.

Oh, how exciting! Are you actually living in Riga now? My ex flatmate comes from Latvia. No idea about international schools. I dont think Latvia is exactely number one destination... but you should really search on the internet. If there is anything you will find it. Latvian sounds like a fun language though! I can only say one sentance in Latvian: Es esmu agressivs kartupelis!
On a random point, I am told you NEED a mobile phone in Latvia as they are more common than land lines. So I have been told anyway.
