Default IFA's and Insistent Clients?

Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience in finding a willing IFA in the UK that will deal with Insistent Clients?

I am trying to go forward with cashing in a pension pot but have hit a brick wall, every IFA I have spoken to so far (11 at the last count) has refused to get involved.

The pension provider (Royal London) has told me on several occasions that they have received the Financial Advice Confirmation Form from several clients that live abroad completed satisfactorily,so there must be IFA's out there that are willing to deal with this problem.

Short of phoning every IFA in the UK,I'm stumped!

Anybody know of an IFA?
