I've just learned that there are a good many B&B's in Switzerland. Since my partner and I will be traveling by train, we would like to find inexpensive places to stay. Any recommendations?

Many main railway stations have a board with a phone attached and pictures of local
hotels. You choose the cheapest and talk to them on the dedicated phone. The cheapest
has always been perfectly clean, even if it lacked a room phone or en suite bathroom,
whenever I've used them.

Cheers
