ARTC posted on the 16th, not heard a thing, no e-mail to confirm they got it, nothing in the post etc. Is this normal ? I'm in no rush and certainly don't want to rock the boat by calling them up to ask but should I be concerned some boat person has swiped my $300 bankers draft ?
