Smile Retirement Risk Or No Risk

Good Afternoon Everyone,

If you would be so kind to answer a few questions for me I would be most great full. My husband and i are looking to retire in N.Cyprus. But cannot understand why so many ex pats are leaving. We lived in Southern Cyprus for 4 years then had to move to Dubai for work. Just before the Euro crashed. It was far more expensive in S. Cyprus than N.Cyprus. Whats the area of Kayalar , Girne, Lapta like. Should we take the plunge to buy or rent. Which is the best bank ? Any information would be greatly received as this will be our last move.
for lots of good hints n tips

Rent, do not buy, and see if you really like it there. Gave a few reasons in your other comment.
