New Building Regs in Cyprus
Does anyone have any idea what the new rules are for building a villa in Greek Cyprus?
We own some land but have been told that we can only build 1 house on it.
The land is easily big enough for 4 generous villas.
Apparently the new EU rules have abolished the 1 house rule although we cannot find it online anywhere.
I would also like to hear from anyone who has managed their own build if they would like to share the experiences and wisdom they have picked up.

There are local requirements for the size of the lot vs. the square meter size that you seek in your home.
If you were to send me a site plan of the lot and possible some ‘foot print’ of the building, I may be able to better answer your question/s for your.
