Help with probate in cyprus [larnaca]
Hi all my names nick and iam based in london,my mum passed away in dec who lived in larnaca, she made me executor of her will ,she had a property in cyprus,we have a buyer who wishes to buy it but the solicitor i met in january has done nothing, i have spoken to a couple of firms but they seem to be asking around 8000 -9000 euros or 5% of the house sale it seems way over the top ,there are 4 siblings so i need to get the best advice possible,if anyone can help with recommendations etc i would be most grateful,
