Goodbye Qatar hello Kyrenia
New job, new life. Moving to Girne in September. Can't wait. Will be looking for friends, partners for golf, backgammon and sundowners.

Hi, i wish you lot's of success. just do not purchase any property there. You could very well lose your home, and still be liable for large debts.

Thanks, will be renting, looks like there are some nice apartments about.
Is it easy to get over the crossing points when I have my own car?
just can't wait to live a normal life after the restrictions out here. will be sad to leave some brilliant friends but we can all visit each other and my friends from the uk can come out too.

Yes, you can easily cross over, although the Turkish administration can make life difficult for you. They stopped people buying things from IKEA and bringing them back to North Cyprus at one time for instance. There was some kind of maximum allowance etc.
