does anyone know of the best way to transport a car to cyprus, or what the best routing is for driving from UK to cyprus, with the ferries etc. What is the situation for ferries to cyprus from turkey or greece etc. who are the ferry companies and how much.

I dont know much about the route, but do your research befor you bring your car over as Cyprus may have joined the EU but the brits are still getting hammered with customs charges and although this should not be happening the sad fact is no one takes any notice, friends of ours had there car put in bond while they sorted paperwork out and the cost is going up all the time, this was post joining the EU.
Cypriots make the rules up as they go along, you end up getting ripped of by all of them!!
