I received an email today morning from VAC to collect my passport. My visa is valid from 21/02/18.

Is it ok if i travel on the first day(valid from) of my visa(21st Feb)? or wait for 1/2 days from starting date?

In the UKVI letter, it says that "Your BRP will be available for collection from 28 Feb 2018'. Does it mean I cant collect before 28th feb?

And I also have to collect BRP within 10 days upon arrival.

Can we travel on the first day of visa?

Congratulations on your visa. You can arrive in the UK on 21 February but not before. You need to collect your BRP within 10 days of your arrival - yours won't be ready for collection until 28 February but that's still within the 10 days if you arrive on the 21st.

Thanks. I live in France. It takes 1hr by flight to reach UK. I will reach UK on the same day.
