Default Using premium bonds - What evidence?

I am applying using the savings route.

Does anyone know what evidence I need to use to prove I have held premium bonds for 6+ months?

I have downloaded my bond history but this does not contain any dates of when the bonds were purchased. I have just cashed them out into a regular savings account.

11A of the Immigration Rules only states this (my emphasis):

(ii) The ownership of the funds in the form of investments, stocks, shares, bonds or trust funds; the cash value of the funds in that form at or before the beginning of the period of 6 months prior to the date of application; and the transfer of the funds into cash, are evidenced by a portfolio report or other relevant documentation from a financial institution regulated by the appropriate regulatory body for the country in which that institution is operating.

Thank you, I am aware of that.

I was looking for advice from people who have used premium bonds via the savings route and could tell me what specific evidence they used to prove ownership.

There doesn't seem to be an obvious "porfolio report" for premium bonds.
