Default UK police record

What does the actual UK police record look like? My fiancée requested one
and what arrived looks like this one page letter, we were wondering if this
is the actual record that she can bring to the London Consulate.

"National Identification Service Authentic Document..."
National Identification Service
Subject Access Office
Room 350
New Scotland Yard...
...
Person Record
Prosecution/Conviction History....
...

Is this what the Consulate is looking for?

Hi Shaun,

I had a similar query just last week and received a reply that yes,
this is what everyone else gets. To confirm, here's a the majority of
what mine says (with the personal details taken out of course).

========================================
"Private & Confidential
To be authentic this document must include two blue bands (it does)
...
etc
...
Dear Sir/Madam,
Section 7, Data Protection Act 1998 - Subject Access

In reply to your request for information which may be held about you
by the Thames Valley Police on computers in the following categories:-

Person Record
Prosecution/Conviction History
...
etc
...
From the personal details supplied in your request there is no
information held about you in the "Person Record" category of the
Police National Computer"
====================================

Cheers,
David.
