TLS Contact question
Hey everyone,
This forum has been hugely helpful in my quest to quench my thirst of spouse visa information. However, I haven't been able to find much information on one particular issue - which is the remaining aspect that I want to clear up before submitting my application.
I'm a UK resident - wife is in Algeria, so she will have to use TLS Contact.
When I make the application online, will I send the documents to Sheffield or would I have to send her all the documents so she can get TLS Contact to scan and send them instead?
At the moment, my assumption is that I would be responsible for sending to Sheffield, all she would be responsible for is taking her passport and a copy of the application form to the TLS Contact centre.
Is that right? Hope so, because I have all the original documents here in the UK!
