System bug on IHS payment system for dependent children
Anyone of you encountered system bug on IHS payment system for dependent child?
We applied Spouse visa and 2 dependent children but experienced system bug which children IHS fees exempted.
My husband received visa on 2 Aug but 2 children case are now being deferred due to outstanding IHS payment. We received email on 31 Jul and settled on the same day.
However, no news after paid until now. I wonder how soon would they decide as the primary applicant has already decided.

As already mentioned your children's IHS should have been exempted. If you've paid now then you've wasted your money.

Its not the case, all dependent children need to pay IHS since April 2015 but the system bug caused us missed the payment and so the visa deferred.
We paid and call the hotline seek for help and status check but the reply saying we need to wait as they have 60 days for settlement visa.
We are helpless...but just wait. But wonder how long need to wait more...
