Default Supporting documents - passports

Was wondering if anyone could help with a couple of questions about passports... any advice would be appreciated, thanks

I understand that my current British passport bio page (as the sponsor) should be included, along with my wife's (applicant) current & previous passports for the last 10 years.
I'm fairly certain I'm overthinking things, but should I also include a copy of my Canadian passport (I'm a dual citizen)? or N/A as it's irrelevant? Bear in mind that the online VAF4A asks if the applicant or sponsor hold multiple nationalities, naturally I answered yes.
Also wondering if I should include a copy of my wife's passport that has her UK working holidaymaker visa in it, even though it was over 10 years ago? We refer to it in the application when responding to the healthcare/previous NHS use question.

Thanks in advance..........!

I don't think either are crucial but there's no reason not to include them for peace of mind.
