Default Spouse visa uk

Hi my girlfriend, she has come to uk on spouse visa. She has been outside for 24 days already. We wanted to get married october this year outside uk. We were planning to take a leave for 30 days. That totals 54 days outside uk for my girlfriend in a year. I am a bit concerned if that number of days she spent outside uk gonna be problem for her when we re-apply for her visa in 2019. Thanks in advance for reply

Under 90 days a year won't be an issue. Just make a careful note of all the time she spends outside the UK as this will need to be provided at the referral stage and when applying for ILR and citizenship.

She's your girlfriend, she entered on a spouse visa and you wanted to get married in October? Something not quite right about this scenario. .....

I presume they had two years cohabitation beforehand otherwise a spouse visa wouldn't have been issued.

... so the girlfriend is on an unmarried partner visa ? That would make some sense.

Yep, except it's still called a Spouse/Civil Partner visa. The OP can clarify if that's an incorrect assumption.

Hi. Sorry for late reply. Had been busy. We are married alreadh. And she is on a spouse visa. And i meant to say we are gonna celebrate our married anniversary outside uk. So i am guessing under 90 days is not a problem. Do i need to send them every details of why she is visiting/ leaving uk for how long?

If you're married then she's your wife, not your girlfriend. You don't need to give the reasons for absences providing they remain under the limit but you do need to provide the dates when you make the next application.
